Inbound Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our remote, healthcare‑focused sales team. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates early in their sales career who can handle inbound leads, qualify prospects and set up appointments for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients.
• Qualify leads against defined criteria and route them to the appropriate sales team.
• Schedule product demos and appointments for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity and lead records in the CRM.
• Follow up with inbound prospects to ensure timely engagement.
• Learn and communicate the company’s healthcare‑focused value proposition.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, customer support or appointment‑setting.
• Previous remote work experience using collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.).
• Experience working with US or UK‑based customers or companies.
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone.
• Basic CRM experience.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
• VoIP and dialer tools.
• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Slack, Zoom and task‑management tools (e.g., Asana).
