In-Room Dining Supervisor

About the role

The In-Room Dining Supervisor leads the room‑service team at Four Seasons New Orleans, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and memorable dining experience. This role combines operational oversight, staff development, and guest interaction to uphold Four Seasons’ luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily In‑Room Dining operations, assign duties, and maintain department organization and cleanliness.
• Select, train, evaluate, coach, and, when necessary, discipline team members to meet cultural and service standards.
• Forecast labor needs, process payroll, create schedules, and generate daily operational reports.
• Answer telephone orders with courteous etiquette, describe menu items vividly, and guide guests through selections.
• Monitor mobile ordering platforms, respond promptly to guest enquiries, and complete any required glitch reports.
• Communicate special requests to the kitchen via the POS system, verify order accuracy, coordinate timely delivery, ensure food quality, close guest checks, and record charges.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or food‑and‑beverage service.
