About the role

The In Room Dining Coordinator at Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i ensures that every guest’s in‑room dining experience is seamless, personalized, and aligned with the brand’s luxury standards. Working closely with the kitchen, service teams, and guests, you will manage orders, special requests, and amenities to create memorable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process in‑room dining orders via phone, iPad, and messaging platforms.
• Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy information accurately to the kitchen.
• Coordinate timely delivery of meals and guest amenities in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond promptly to concerns.
• Utilize hotel computer systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) platforms to enter and track orders.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Work authorization for the United States.
