In-Person Math Tutor (2nd‑5th Grade) – Orange County, FL

About the role

Framework is looking for certified teachers and experienced tutors to deliver in‑person math instruction to elementary students (grades 2‑5) during regular school‑day hours in Orange County, Florida. Tutors will work on‑site at partner schools, using Framework‑provided curriculum and materials to create interactive, student‑centered lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group math tutoring for grades 2‑5 during the school day.
• Follow the supplied curriculum and use provided assessments to track student progress.
• Adapt instructional approaches to meet individual learning needs.
• Maintain professional communication with school staff and Framework’s operations team.
• Use a personal laptop to access lesson plans and record data.

Required profile

• Active teaching certification (any state) or proven math tutoring experience.
• Experience teaching or tutoring elementary‑level math is strongly preferred.
• Ability to pass Florida state and federal background checks, including fingerprinting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned school(s) in Orange County.
• Strong classroom management and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a laptop for daily lesson delivery.
