In-House Recruiter – Full Cycle Recruiting (Orlando)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an energetic In‑House Recruiter to join its Orlando team. You will own the full life‑cycle recruiting process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, helping match the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source and screen both passive candidates and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations and quick learner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
