In-House Concierge

About the role

Join the Mauna Lani resort team as an In‑House Concierge, creating personalized and memorable experiences for guests from arrival through departure. You will act as the primary point of contact for guest requests, ensuring every stay is seamless and unforgettable.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests before arrival and handle on‑property requests.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and island activities.
• Log and follow up on guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly.
• Update guest profiles and coordinate with preferred vendors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate information and smooth service delivery.
• Provide orientation of the hotel and its outlets to guests.
• Customize experiences for individual guests while adhering to departmental policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of front‑office or related experience.
• First‑Aid certification is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications.
• Working knowledge of Opera Property Management System.
• Familiarity with ALICE Suite.
