About the role

Join America’s fastest‑growing home‑improvement company as an In‑Home Sales Representative. You’ll meet pre‑qualified homeowners, deliver compelling presentations, and close high‑ticket remodeling deals while enjoying uncapped commission potential.

Key responsibilities

Conduct in‑home presentations that wow homeowners.
Assess homes, recommend solutions, and close high‑ticket sales.
Master the product portfolio and financing options.
Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business.
Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

Strong communication and organization skills.
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (6 days/week).
Self‑motivated; works well independently or on a team.
Sales or home‑improvement experience is a plus, not required.
