About the role
Home Genius Exteriors is seeking high‑performing sales professionals for a fast‑track Manager‑in‑Training program. This role offers an accelerated path to leadership within the first 1‑2 quarters, leveraging pre‑qualified homeowner appointments and world‑class mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Master the in‑home sales process
- Learn how to drive net sales and enhance customer experience
- Develop leadership skills through hands‑on coaching
- Gain exposure to training and team development
- Earn your way into a management role based on results
Required profile
- 2–5 years of proven sales success
- Background in in‑home sales, mortgage/finance, or high‑ticket B2C sales
- Experience in sales leadership positions in any high‑ticket industry
- Competitive, coachable, and driven
- Serious about building a career in sales leadership
What we offer
- $150K–$300K+ earning potential
- 70% advance plus uncapped commissions
