About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking high‑performing sales professionals to join a fast‑track Manager‑in‑Training program. This role offers an accelerated path to leadership within the first 1‑2 quarters, leveraging pre‑qualified homeowner appointments and a proven in‑home sales process.

Key responsibilities

Master the company’s in‑home sales process and drive net sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Develop leadership capabilities through hands‑on coaching, team training, and performance‑based management responsibilities.

Required profile

2–5 years of demonstrated sales success, preferably in in‑home sales, mortgage/finance, high‑ticket B2C, or sales leadership roles.
Competitive, coachable, and driven attitude with a serious commitment to building a career in sales leadership.

What we offer

Earn $150K–$300K+ annually with a 70% advance and uncapped commissions.
Weekly pay, paid training, relocation support, flexible scheduling, and gas/toll reimbursement.
Full benefits package starting after 30 days of employment.
