Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a high‑performing sales professional to join its fast‑track Manager‑in‑Training program. This leadership track offers an accelerated path to a full‑time sales management position within the first two quarters, with a compensation package that can exceed $300 K annually.

Key responsibilities

• Master the company’s in‑home sales process and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive net sales by converting pre‑qualified appointments into closed deals.
• Develop leadership abilities through hands‑on coaching and team‑building activities.
• Gain exposure to training programs and contribute to team development initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven sales success, preferably in high‑ticket B2C environments.
• Experience in in‑home sales, mortgage/finance, or other high‑ticket sales sectors.
• Background in sales leadership or a strong desire to move into a leadership role.
• Competitive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Commitment to building a long‑term career in sales leadership.
