About the role

Everlight Solar is looking for motivated individuals to join its field sales team in Madison. As an In‑Home Sales Consultant you will meet homeowners in residential neighborhoods, introduce them to solar and energy‑saving solutions, and drive sales through personal interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct appointments with homeowners at their residences.
• Represent the Everlight brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
• Generate interest and excitement for home energy solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, appointments, and sales activities.

• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people daily.
• Resilient to rejection and able to maintain a high‑energy mindset.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active in a field‑based environment.
