About the role

Unlock your sales potential with Home Genius Exteriors! This full‑time, W‑2 in‑home sales role lets you meet pre‑qualified customers after most of the work is prepared for you. Join our fast‑growing Cleveland, OH branch and help drive $60M in net sales.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily.
Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations.
Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with promotion from within.
Contribute to a supportive, team‑first environment.

Required profile

Confident communicator and natural relationship‑builder.
Driven to succeed and grow professionally.
Proven sales experience with a track record of results.

What we offer

Compensation ranging from $100,000 to $300,000+ per year, with a 70% advance up front and no commission cap.
Weekly pay every Friday and monthly bonuses plus performance rewards (trips, electronics, events).
Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days.
Paid training, flexible schedule, and gas/toll reimbursement.
Local appointments based on your residence.
