In Home Regional Sales Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an In‑Home Regional Sales Trainer to develop and deliver sales training programs for our field sales team. The role combines curriculum design, classroom and virtual instruction, and ongoing coaching to boost product knowledge and selling skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective sales training programs, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and participant feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales training.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
• Strong background in business development and sales, with at least 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in sales management (minimum 1 year) and customer service (minimum 1 year).
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
