In-Home CNA/PCA – Flexible Part‑Time Schedule

About the role

Join Commonwise as an In‑Home Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) providing compassionate, reliable care to clients in Charleston. Choose mornings, evenings, or nights to fit your lifestyle while earning $17‑$20 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding).
• Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and hobby assistance.
• Advocate for clients in community settings and ensure safety, independence, and quality of life.

Required profile

• Heart for caring and willingness to work in clients’ homes.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 20–50 lb and frequent bending.
• Strong communication, visual, and auditory abilities.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation duties.
