In-Field Sales Training Manager

About the role

Premier Roofing is seeking an In‑Field Sales Training Manager to lead the development and performance of our roofing advisors in storm‑affected markets. The role combines hands‑on training, pipeline management, and on‑site support to drive profitable roofing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze sales territories to identify opportunities.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for advisors.
• Monitor and improve advisor productivity and job conversion rates.
• Attend adjuster appointments and support customers with issue resolution.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead to project scope.
• Coach advisors toward an Expert designation.
• Assist with onboarding classes and coordinate sales meetings with the Branch Manager.
• Scope and review all advisor‑managed roofing projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training or coaching.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
• Flexible schedule with ability to travel throughout the Omaha region.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops.
