Implementation Project Manager – French Required

About the role

PetDesk is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding and configuration of new veterinary clinic customers. The role focuses on a consultative, post‑sales process that ensures a smooth transition to PetDesk’s communication platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation projects, from kickoff and requirements gathering through configuration, go‑live, and early adoption.
• Conduct training sessions to teach customers how to use PetDesk’s features effectively.
• Analyze backend data to diagnose issues, provide accurate responses, and guide customers toward solutions.
• Build strong relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and sharing best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during implementation, collaborating with Product Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions, configurations, and project status in the CRM.
• Generate progress reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of 30‑40 concurrent projects, balancing timelines and daily customer communications.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a customer‑facing role such as software implementation or customer success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working primarily during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
• Fluent in French; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Quick ability to learn and understand new software applications.
• Familiarity with SaaS, CRM, or client communication platforms (advantageous).
