Implementation Project Manager – French Required, German a Plus

About the role

PetDesk is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding and configuration of new veterinary clinic customers. The role focuses on a consultative, post‑sales process that ensures a smooth transition to PetDesk’s client‑communication software.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation projects, from kickoff through go‑live and early adoption.
• Conduct training sessions to teach customers how to use PetDesk’s features effectively.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, interpret backend data, and provide accurate solutions.
• Build strong relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and guide customers through change management.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with Product Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions, configurations, and project status in the CRM.
• Generate progress reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of 30–40 concurrent projects, balancing timelines and daily customer meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer‑facing role such as software implementation or customer success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working primarily Eastern Time Zone business hours.
• Fluent in French; German language skills are a plus.
