About the role

Bitwave is an enterprise software and services company focused on digital assets. The role supports clients in implementing Bitwave’s platform, which handles accounting, tax, treasury and management of cryptocurrency transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client requirements, design finance processes and implement the Bitwave platform end‑to‑end.
• Manage implementation programs, collaborating with finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, CAOs) and technology teams.
• Onboard clients to new systems, provide ongoing support, answer questions and resolve issues.
• Develop and share points of view on finance, technology and digital‑asset topics for individual companies.

Required profile

• Deep accounting subject‑matter expertise combined with professional services experience.
• Strong client‑facing background, including requirement gathering, process design and implementation management.
• Interest or experience in cryptocurrency, data analysis and enterprise software.

Required skills

• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
• Ability to write queries in any language.
