Immigration Attorney – Manhattan

About the role

Our well‑established law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join its downtown Manhattan team. You will provide comprehensive family immigration counsel and represent clients in removal defense matters, working closely with a dedicated group of legal professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and litigate family‑based immigration cases from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in removal defense proceedings before immigration courts.
• Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and maintain accurate case files.
• Stay current on changes to immigration law and policy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of family immigration and removal defense experience.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
