About the role

As an IFS Tulip Alliance Driver – Manager you will lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing programmes within PwC’s Internal Firm Services practice. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, raising brand visibility and creating new business opportunities through market research, digital campaigns and creative initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales and marketing strategies that generate revenue and enhance the firm’s brand.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior Alliance executives to identify synergies and co‑create multi‑competency solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align offerings with client business challenges.
• Plan, budget and oversee project delivery to meet organisational targets.
• Coach and mentor team members, managing performance and development.
• Analyse market trends and data to uncover opportunities for market penetration.
• Leverage digital marketing and creative campaigns to engage clients.
• Promote innovation and technology adoption in service delivery.
• Handle conflicts and conduct difficult conversations with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
• Minimum 4 years experience in partner and alliances management or related relationship‑management roles.
• Proven track record of demand generation and successful programme delivery.
