About the role

The Georgia Department of Driver Services is seeking an Identity & Driver Credential Specialist (MSA) to provide high‑quality licensing services to residents. This full‑time, onsite position supports the issuance of learner permits, driver licenses, and state‑issued identity cards while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process applications for learner’s permits, driver licenses, and identity cards.
• Verify documentation and conduct examinations in accordance with state law.
• Assist customers with out‑of‑state license conversions and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and handle high‑volume transactions efficiently.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and may act as a team lead for lower‑level staff.
