Identity, Defense & Resilience – Network Security Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead its Identity, Defense & Resilience – Network Security practice. The role will guide client engagements designing and implementing secure network architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of secure network solutions, including Zero Trust, SASE/SSE, network segmentation and OT security.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify business opportunities and drive growth for the cybersecurity practice.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, address challenges and ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in network security architecture and implementation.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with a track record of coaching and performance management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to professional integrity, PwC values and industry standards.
