HVAC Technician – Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our training team as an Instructor. You will deliver hands‑on HVAC education in a state‑of‑the‑art facility, working Monday through Thursday on 10‑hour shifts with every Friday off.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct practical, hands‑on training sessions covering HVAC technologies and system troubleshooting.
• Prepare students for certification exams and guide them toward successful careers.
• Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and accountability to ensure student progress.
• Maintain training equipment, enforce safety standards, and keep the learning environment organized.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Valid HVAC license; additional master certifications are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting future professionals.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot training equipment safely.
• Strong technical communication for instructional purposes.
