Huron Research Suite IRB Functional Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable Huron Research Suite IRB Functional Analyst to join a high‑impact, 9‑10 month remote implementation project. You will work closely with functional stakeholders and implementation teams to transform Institutional Review Board (IRB) operations for a leading organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business owners to gather and document functional requirements for IRB processes.
• Configure, test, and validate Huron Research Suite solutions, including integrations, reporting, and data conversion.
• Develop and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and ensure smooth transition to production.
• Create detailed documentation, training materials, and support guides for end‑users.
• Assist with production readiness activities and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing Huron Research Suite or similar research administration platforms.
• Strong business analysis background with ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Familiarity with IRB workflows, testing procedures, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent collaborative and problem‑solving skills.
