Human Resources Manager – Retail (Miami)

About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our Miami Regional Office. You will serve as a strategic business partner for retail teams across Miami, Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Tennessee, driving employee growth, engagement, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with retail leadership to identify development needs, create succession plans, and support high‑potential talent.
• Provide expert guidance on performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and use of internal HR platforms.
• Manage compensation programs, including bonus plans and merit increases.
• Promote a culture of accountability, recognition, and feedback aligned with business objectives.
• Interpret, implement, and communicate HR policies; resolve employee‑relations issues.
• Conduct thorough investigations of employee concerns in collaboration with corporate HR.
• Act as liaison for corporate HR on leave requests, workers’ compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High discretion, sound judgment, and ethical decision‑making.
• Willingness to travel to support markets in Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Tennessee.
