Human Resources Manager

About the role

Comfort Systems USA is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management and compliance initiatives. The role will support workforce development and ensure a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Manage employee relations and conduct workplace investigations.
• Guide performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Administer FMLA, ADA and other leave programs.
• Analyze compensation data and market trends.
• Conduct onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance and policy adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong recruiting and talent acquisition background.
• Experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
