Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to support multiple locations across the Northeast and Midwest. This newly created position offers an early‑career professional the chance to manage the full employee lifecycle while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, promotions, and terminations.
• Prepare offer letters and conduct new‑hire orientations.
• Partner with managers on employee‑relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions and harassment concerns.
• Support payroll processing, HRIS updates, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and FMLA/leave procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams and external staffing agencies.
• Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives across office and manufacturing sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist, coordinator or specialist capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a broad range of HR functions independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse employee populations.

• Base salary $65,000–$75,000 per year.
