Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join a fast‑growing medical technology company that operates a remote‑first US team. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to off‑boarding, while ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Lead US new‑hire orientation and off‑boarding processes to deliver a positive employee experience.
• Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure data integrity.
• Administer benefits programs, compensation plans, and open enrollment.
• Support performance‑review cycles, goal setting, and continuous feedback.
• Champion company culture by organizing team events and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR Business Partner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, payroll basics, and benefits administration.
• Experience working with a remote, international headquarters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
