Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with leaders in Chipotle’s Restaurant Support Centers to design and execute people strategies that align with the company’s strategic priorities. This role blends HR expertise with business insight to foster a culture that reflects Chipotle’s purpose and values.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with RSC leadership to develop and implement people strategies driven by talent insights, culture programs, analytics, and employee feedback.
• Provide coaching and guidance across the talent lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, and talent management.
• Act as a change agent, leading teams through organizational transitions.
• Drive HR initiatives such as succession planning, talent calibrations, and compensation cycles, and relay feedback to Centers of Excellence.
• Identify and address employee concerns promptly, interpreting Chipotle policies, employment law, and regulations.
• Conduct employee‑relations investigations and recommend actions in partnership with stakeholders and legal.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to create solutions that meet client‑group needs while upholding company values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in an equivalent HR role.
• Experience working with corporate functions is preferred.
• Professional Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM‑CP certifications are a plus.
• General knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
