Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Based at the Cohoes, NY site, the Human Resources Business Partner will report to the Regional HRBP Americas and work within a collaborative HR team. The role focuses on white‑collar and supervisory employees, partnering with office and functional managers to strengthen performance culture, modernize HR practices, and unlock team potential.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop supervisors, providing day‑to‑day people guidance and building strong relationships on‑site.
• Drive a consistent performance review process, train managers, and address performance issues through documentation, PIPs, and terminations when needed.
• Audit existing HR practices, design and implement new processes, and launch people programs such as incentive and variable pay frameworks.
• Provide HR reporting cadence, delivering metrics and insights to site leadership.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for white‑collar and supervisory staff, handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and guidance.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for office and professional roles, from job brief to offer and onboarding.
• Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure a consistent, professional employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Builder’s mindset with a passion for creating structure where little exists.
• Change‑agent attitude and ability to coach supervisors.
• Experience designing HR processes and programs.
• Cross‑cultural agility, comfortable navigating a European parent company.
