HSE Manager

About the role

Join Cotton Holdings as an HSE Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple divisions. You will protect the workforce, the public, and the environment while mentoring HSE specialists and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining the Cotton HSE Management System and communicate metrics to leadership.
• Review, update, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, training programs, and emergency response plans.
• Report significant incidents in real time and coordinate crisis communications with the executive team.
• Oversee risk and case management, conduct audits, and drive safety culture evolution.
• Supervise HSE staff, schedule activities, conduct site inspections, investigations, and root‑cause analyses.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping compliance and apply controls to mitigate identified risks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HSE experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
• Professional safety certifications such as CSP, ASP, or CHST (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide.
