HRIT Analyst (Level II)

About the role

The HRIT Analyst (Level II) provides operational and technical support for HR technology platforms such as SAP and SuccessFactors. The role ensures data integrity, system functionality, and effective reporting while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of HR master data across systems.
• Perform routine data audits, validations and compliance checks.
• Act as liaison between HR, IT and vendors to resolve system issues.
• Support HRIT projects through requirements gathering, documentation, testing and implementation.
• Analyze business processes and recommend incremental system or workflow improvements.
• Participate in system testing activities, including UAT and regression testing.
• Provide functional support and basic configuration for SuccessFactors modules.
• Generate standard and ad‑hoc reports using reporting tools and dashboards.
• Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and analytics for data‑driven decision making.
• Monitor integrations, perform routine system maintenance and troubleshoot errors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR technology platforms.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP or SuccessFactors preferred.
• Basic experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exposure to system testing, data validation and process documentation.
• Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL is a plus.
