HRIS Solutions Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Technology professional to act as a strategic partner and subject‑matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud. The HRIS Solutions Manager will optimize HR technology, drive automation and AI‑enabled innovation, and ensure data integrity across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual processes.
• Partner with People Operations to design and deliver best‑in‑class HR processes.
• Conduct regular business process reviews and create action plans.
• Contribute to the long‑term HR technology roadmap and compliance framework.
• Lead release management, testing, change management, and deployment of quarterly Oracle updates.
• Manage delivery of people programs, set objectives, track progress and resolve blockers.
• Develop training materials and lead training on HR system policies and procedures.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI, workflow automation, and self‑service capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience with HRIS, HR technology, or Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven ability to support complex business processes and enterprise‑scale initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and project‑management skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Knowledge of audit, security, and segregation‑of‑duties compliance requirements.
