HR Recruiter – Entry Level (New Orleans)

About the role

Caesars New Orleans is looking for an entry‑level HR Recruiter who can independently manage the full‑cycle recruitment process in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the HR front desk and various personnel administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Manage all phases of recruitment for assigned positions, from intake and job description writing to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Serve as the front‑desk representative for the HR department, providing friendly service to internal and external customers.
• Process new, renewal, and key gaming licenses and conduct I‑9 audits and documentation.
• Enter personnel administration data for hires, transfers, promotions, and other status changes.
• Assist applicants with the career website, provide information on facilities, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role requirements, guide recruiting best practices, and train them on compliance.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies, proactively source candidates via job boards, community outreach, and social media, and track hiring metrics.
• Plan and execute recruiting projects across Caesars New Orleans.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in high‑volume hiring, preferably entry‑level.
• Creative, high‑energy, and hands‑on professional with strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a focus on candidate experience.
