About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a dedicated HR Manager to lead people and culture initiatives across a portfolio of its U.S. offices or departments. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC is one of the world’s largest international humanitarian NGOs, operating in more than 40 countries and 29 U.S. cities. The role supports the IRC’s mission to respond to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, helping restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing and dignity for millions of people affected by conflict and disaster.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and implement people & culture activities for assigned IRC offices or departments.
Provide a spectrum of HR services ranging from tactical support to broader organizational initiatives.

Required profile

Solutions‑driven, passionate change‑maker aligned with IRC’s humanitarian values.
