HR Generalist – Full‑Cycle HR Partner

About the role

The HR Generalist will act as a key people partner for operational leaders at The Pharmacy Hub, supporting a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization focused on improving access to healthcare products. This role manages the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with employment laws, pharmacy regulations, and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for hourly, technical, and professional positions, partnering with department heads and maintaining ATS metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, drug screening, HIPAA training, and exit interviews.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, support performance improvement plans, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA) and maintain employee records in line with HIPAA and pharmacy board requirements.
• Organize mandatory compliance training (DEA, HIPAA, safety, harassment) and track completion.
• Perform HRIS data entry, updates, audits, and generate HR metrics reports for leadership.
