About the role
Airbus Commercial is seeking a Contract HR Data Analyst to join its Human Resources team in Herndon, Virginia. The analyst will turn HR data into actionable insights, supporting the employee experience across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple HR sources.
- Perform large‑scale statistical and mathematical analysis to extract business insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations to communicate findings.
- Write and execute data queries using SQL, Python or other analytical languages.
- Document data processes, findings and recommendations.
- Present insights and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Problem‑solving attitude and ability to tell data‑driven stories.
- Experience working with HR data and cross‑functional teams.
