HR Coordinator – People Practices (Corporate)

About the role

The People Practices Coordinator supports the Employment & Recruitment team by handling a range of HR administrative tasks. This full‑time position works closely with People Practices Management to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and recruitment processes for both exempt and non‑exempt staff.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the new‑hire I‑9 process and maintain I‑9, EEO, and other compliance files.
• Verify employment, process unemployment claims, and monitor drug and background checks.
• Manage onboarding tasks in the Applicant Tracking System, schedule candidate appointments, and conduct new‑hire orientation.
• Enter new‑hire data into all company systems and maintain work cards and related documents.
• Assist hiring managers with job postings, candidate communication, and recruitment efforts.
• Provide general administrative support and handle additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1‑2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Professional, neat appearance adhering to company standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows environment).
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
