About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator is an entry‑level, developmental role reporting to the HR Director. Based in West Memphis, AR, the position supports HR projects across multiple sites within a fast‑paced distribution and repair center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support cross‑site HR projects focused on process standardisation, operational excellence and employee experience.
- Review HR policies, procedures and practices across locations to ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency.
- Coordinate updates and maintenance of job descriptions for organisational design and restructuring initiatives.
- Assist with communications and administrative activities related to organisational changes.
- Support implementation of time‑keeping process changes, including training material development and feedback collection.

- Entry‑level candidate seeking to build foundational HR knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to partner with HR and operational leaders.
