HR Business Partner – People Strategy & Talent Management

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, shaping people strategies that drive talent growth and employee engagement across the business. In this consultative role you will support the full employee lifecycle while championing an inclusive and high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Recruitment, Talent, Learning & Development, Benefits, Payroll, Rewards and Employee Relations teams to meet their objectives.
• Design, implement and support HR initiatives that align with the company’s people strategy.
• Provide coaching, feedback and guidance to business unit leaders on HR matters.
• Organise and facilitate the Talent Review process, ensuring effective succession planning and talent pipelines.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a welcoming community.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a General HR Business Partner.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
• Self‑starter attitude with a passion for talent management and career development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
