HR Business Partner Manager

Are you passionate about partnering with leaders and teams to create an exceptional employee experience? As an HR Business Partner Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping people strategies and supporting the employee lifecycle across a global research organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Recruitment, Talent, Learning & Development, Benefits, Payroll, Rewards, and Employee Relations teams to address their goals.
• Drive and support initiatives to build and maintain a diverse and inclusive community.
• Develop, implement, and support HR‑related strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s people strategy.
• Advise business units on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to leaders.
• Organize and facilitate the Talent Review process, ensuring effective succession planning and talent pipelining.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a General HR Business Partner.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Desire to develop and progress in the role and grow with the team.
• Motivated self‑starter with a passion for talent management and career development.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Enjoy collaborating with teams to deliver successful projects and initiatives.
