About the role
PIMCO is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the Americas. The role focuses on workforce transformation, talent strategy, and leveraging data‑driven insights to shape future‑ready people solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to design workforce models, align talent with future capabilities, and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Anticipate capability needs, assess skill gaps, and develop forward‑looking talent plans.
- Utilize people data, analytics, and AI‑enabled tools to generate actionable insights for decision‑making.
- Translate complex datasets into clear narratives for executive audiences.
- Provide organizational design guidance on structure, role clarity, operating models, and spans of control.
- Collaborate with HR functional teams to deliver integrated, future‑ready solutions.
- Introduce modern HR practices and innovative talent management approaches.
- Maintain trusted advisor relationships, coaching managers and senior leaders on talent strategy.
Required profile
- Strategic thinker with experience advising senior leaders in transformational environments.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of turning data into business‑focused recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex insights to executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive change at scale.
- Collaborative approach with HR functional partners and legal/compliance teams.
