About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor leads the day‑to‑day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the brand’s cleanliness standards while delivering excellent guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect assigned areas and provide feedback on cleanliness and maintenance against standards.
- Supervise, coach, and train House Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Turndown Attendants, and Room Attendants.
- Coordinate guest‑room inspections and ensure prompt return of clean rooms to reception.
- Monitor productivity, manpower usage, and other cost controls.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate performance metrics to management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations, service techniques, and cost‑control methods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 15‑40 lb, and perform repetitive motions.
