Housekeeper – The Lucille Waco

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, clubhouse, and common‑area amenities at The Lucille Waco property. The role supports the make‑ready process and ensures the property remains market‑ready for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager, and Assistant Manager with additional make‑ready tasks.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request re‑orders when needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and work in confined spaces.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Readiness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.
