Housekeeper – Property Maintenance

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and community amenities at its Elkwood property. The role supports the make‑ready process and ensures the property remains attractive to prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional tasks assigned by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request re‑orders when necessary.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in confined areas.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
