Housekeeper (Lease‑Up) – Property Cleaning

About the role

Greystar is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support the lease‑up phase at the Broadstone North Lamar community. The role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and common‑area amenities to ensure they are market‑ready for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to maintain market‑ready appeal.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and work in confined spaces.
• Capability to work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and be on call as needed.
