Housekeeper (Lease-Up)

About the role

The Housekeeper (Lease-Up) ensures that vacant apartments, leasing offices, and shared amenities are spotless and market‑ready, supporting Greystar’s property appeal and leasing efforts at The Lucille Waco.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments on a daily basis or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to maintain a market‑ready appearance.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Capable of working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license (golf cart operation).
