Housekeeper Lead – Full‑Time Position

About the role

The Housekeeper Lead will supervise, train, and inspect the performance of housekeeping staff at the Robert Training Facility. This full‑time position ensures that cleaning standards meet the company’s high expectations and that guests receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor staff attendance, clock‑ins, and document lateness or absences.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff breaks, assign tasks, and update assignment sheets throughout the shift.
• Distribute and secure keys, radios, and beepers, maintaining accurate records.
• Inspect equipment for supplies, cleanliness, and mechanical issues; address deficiencies.
• Conduct area inspections to verify cleaning standards are met.
• Provide on‑the‑job assistance and training to staff as needed.
• Document call‑offs and arrange replacements for any shift.

Required profile

• Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
• Previous experience in hotel, hospital, or commercial housekeeping/janitorial environments preferred.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
