Housekeeper

About the role

The Aspenwood Company seeks a compassionate, friendly, and meticulous housekeeper to join the Village of Tanglewood, an Independent Living senior community. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean occupied and vacant apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitation.
• Maintain community areas such as lounges, hallways, and dining spaces.
• Perform assigned laundry duties for residents and common‑area linens.
• Report maintenance issues and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and infection‑control protocols.

Required profile

• Genuine desire to work with seniors and understand aging‑related behaviors.
• Patience and tolerance for dementia‑related challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work.
• Reliability for a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends and holiday coverage.

Required skills

• Hourly wage of $15.00.
• Full‑time position (8 am – 5 pm) with rotating weekends.
