About the role

As a Housekeeper (Guest Environment Expert) you will help create memorable experiences for guests by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all hotel areas. You will work in a dynamic, luxury‑hotel environment where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain public areas, corridors, and service spaces to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts and delivering amenities as needed.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all safety, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle objects weighing ≤ 50 lb.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Required skills
